Our high-end tungsten carbide valve seats: Exceptional wear resistance and precise sealing for long-term operation in harsh conditions

Our independently developed series of tungsten carbide valve seats has recently received high praise from numerous customers in the fluid control and mining machinery sectors thanks to its superior wear resistance, outstanding sealing performance and high-precision machining capabilities.

As critical sealing components of valves, valve seats are constantly subjected to the rigours of high-pressure, high-velocity fluid erosion and abrasion from particulate matter. By utilising high-quality tungsten carbide (WC) raw materials combined with an optimised cobalt content ratio and advanced pressure sintering processes, our valve seats achieve a hardness of HRA 89–92 while maintaining excellent impact toughness. Real-world operational testing has shown that the wear life of these products is several times longer than that of traditional steel valve seats, significantly reducing the frequency of equipment maintenance for our customers.

To ensure optimal sealing performance, we have introduced precision grinding and lapping technologies to guarantee the flatness and surface roughness of the valve seat sealing surfaces are micron-level precise. Combined with spherical or conical designs, this achieves a zero-leakage seal, making the valve seats suitable for shutoff and control applications involving harsh media in the petroleum, chemical, natural gas and coal chemical industries.

Furthermore, the company strictly adheres to the ISO 9001 quality management system. Every valve seat undergoes comprehensive dimensional inspection and non-destructive testing throughout the production process to ensure consistency and precision of delivery.

Looking ahead, our focus will remain on the research and development, as well as the manufacturing, of precision cemented carbide components. We will continue to provide our global customers with valve seat solutions that offer superior wear resistance, enhanced sealing performance and greater reliability. Both new and existing customers are welcome to contact us with enquiries or to request samples for testing.
