Tungsten Carbide Wire Drawing Die is a high-performance mold made by powder metallurgy technology with tungsten carbide (WC) as the matrix and cobalt (Co) as the bonding phase, specifically designed for the drawing and forming of metal wires (such as copper, aluminum, steel, alloy wires, etc.). Its hardness can reach HRA 90-93 (Rockwell hardness), and its wear resistance is 5-10 times that of traditional steel molds. It is the core tool for achieving high-precision, high-efficiency, and low-cost production in the wire processing industry.
